This pattern was two weeks in the making. Pattern is in U.S crochet abbreviations.

This is a type of shrug/bolero jacket made with a flower Loom.

Traditonally boleros are tight fitting at the arms but this bolero has fuller sleeves and can be made smaller or bigger by adding additional flower loom dasies.

Pattern is not recommended for a beginner just learning to crochet, although anyone can make the daises on a flower loom. You will need to have knowledge and know how to read crochet abbreviations and instructions.

A beginner who has advanced to the stage of reading and executing a pattern from a pattern book using simple stitches should have ease at making this shrug.

Instructions are given in this pattern for a longer jacket in back, wider jacket for the front, and longer sleeves. So this pattern is easily adjustable to your specific size and preferences.

This pattern consists of making the daises on a Flower Loom and then adding a crochet edging around each dasiy and joining them.

Additionally, you will learn how to keep the petals on your daisies or any other flower from twisiting and turning and getting mixed up. This has been a common problem with making these flowers on looms and has discourage many from attempting to crochet flowers together to create a project.

I’ve solved that problem and now you can make your flowers and have them look good!

A full color coded diagram is a full page layout on how to join the daisies to make this shrug.

Included in the instructions is also a full page diagram of how to use the loom to make these dasies, the edging and joining instructions with a detail diagram of how to join the dasies.

This pattern is 12 pages with plenty photos of jacket at stages of joined daisy motifs of how it will look.
