MATERIALS: Caron Simply Soft yarn in Soft Green, Orchid and Soft Blue, Lion Micro Spun yarn in White, needle to take yarn and H hook or hook needed to obtain gauge.
FINISHED SIZE: Placemat: 12” X 17” Coaster: 4” X 4-1\4”
Gauge: 4 hdc = 1”, 3 rows hdc = 1”.
About the yarn I used:
I used Caron Simply Soft (#4) yarn, but any #4 yarn will make a good substitution, just make sure you get the exact gauge as stated in the pattern when you make a sample swatch. If your gauge is bigger than stated, go down one size in your hook. If your sample gauge is smaller than stated, go up one size in your hook.
