Just to clarify -- where the pattern says to “repeat the previous row” on all even-numbered rounds it means you are repeating the row you just worked a second time. So on round 4 you’ll repeat round 3, on round 6 you’ll repeat round 5, and so on; on round 16, repeat round 15, and then you’re ready to start a new pattern repeat.
