Try the latest version of our unique design. Inspired by traditional sock monkeys, this guy is sized to fit in the palm of your hand. NO seaming involved. Limbs are attached as the pattern is completed and are designed to be Floppy. Your first turtle will take some getting use to, but once you understand the pattern, subsequent turtles can be made in a weekend or if your really fast and with a little practice, one can be knitted in an evening. I can do one in 5 hours.

Yardage and specific yarn requirements are available in the pattern.

Circular knitting
Sock Knitting
Three Needle Bind Off (not necessary, but definately helpful when attaching the limbs and head)
Sewing

For stripes, I recommend a self striping yarn. Color changes become tedious as this project progresses.
