A friend of mine wanted some sweaters for her 3 ferts since her apartment is drafty. I searched for a pattern to start from, but couldn’t find a thing. After looking at some in the store, however, I realized there wasn’t really any shaping and that I could just knit a tube to each fert’s measurements. Note that, while I used 4 ply cotton, one could also use this tutorial for other weights of yarn, though I wouldn’t recommend Bulky (fingering and sock would be great if you’re wanting to do any designs on the sweater). I purposely left it at plain sweaters in the pattern so that one could customize it however they wanted: stripes like I did, add a design to it, the sky’s the limit!

This can even be used for rats, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs.
