Description from book:
I’ve never had more fun than when I invented this version of a felted bouncy ball. I wanted an easy, straightforward project that any beginner could make, and was thinking of some sort of felted projects. I didn’t want just anything, so I looked around my house for inspiration. There is kid stuff everywhere you turn, and when I spied my daughter’s Super Ball, something just clicked. I quickly grabbed my needles and yarn and sat the ball in my lap as I worked. I made a small pouch, dropped the ball inside before I closed it up, then tossed the entire thing in the washing machine on hot and added a dash of detergent. I had no idea if it would work, but sure enough my crazy thoughts came to fruition.

You won’t believe the bounce and feel this fantastic toy. Instead of zooming around high and out of control, the ball’s action becomes gentler and softer, much better for indoor playing. Get ready for some bouncy good fun!
