Left hand, Row 10 should read
Ch 2. Esc in first 2 (2, 4, 4) st. (Fpdc around next st. Bpdc around next st) 2x.
Skip next fpdc. Fpdc around next 2 fpdc on previous row. Fptrc around skipped st. Bpdc around next st, fpdc around next st) 2x. Esc in next 10, (12, 14, 16) st. Work 5 (6, 6) fsc. Skip last 5 (6, 6) st. Join with sl st to top of ch 2.

Right hand, Row 10 should read
Ch 2. Work 5 (6, 6, 6) fsc. Skip 5 (6, 6, 6)st. Esc in next 10, (12, 14, 16) st. (Fpdc around next st. Bpdc around next st( 2x. Skip next fpdc. Fpdc around next 2 fpdc on previous row.
