This lovely blanket when worked with Caron Simply Soft yarn which is 4 ply medium worsted (rather thin like a 3 ply) is a great size baby blanket. This pattern is ideal for making an afghan for a baby to a toddler. If you use a thicker yarn such as Hobby Lobby or Red heart the blanket will be much lager.
