Pattern Description from One-Skein Wonders: 101 Yarn-Shop Favorites: “This lace bookmark is a nice way to add a little romance to your reading. But feel free to use one in your mystery novel or biography, too, because you can make three bookmarks out of just one skein of perle cotton.”

Measurements: Approximately 1” (2.5 cm) wide and 7” (18 cm) long

Yarn: DMC Perle Coton #5, 100% cotton, .35 oz (10 g), 52 yds (48 m), 341 Light Blue Violet

Needles: US 1 (2.25 mm) straight needles or size you need to obtain correct gauge

Other Supplies: 3 x 4 mm bicone crystals; 52 each size 11/0 cut cylinder beads in blue and silver; spray starch
