Pictured is a side view of the TARDIS, not a front view. It doesn’t have the white section under the left window, but the pattern does include general instructions for it.

Also the words are not crocheted on in the afghan I made. They are placed on the picture with a photo program. It’s just to show placement.

Please make sure you have the latest update as corrections have been made.

Note that you will have a LOT of tails to sew in as there are many color changes, so if that is not your thing, this is not the pattern to try.
