Many sock yarns are too beautiful just to be hidden in your shoes. In this pattern, a wonderful sock yarn is turned into a warming cowl for your neck.

Pattern available in English and Norwegian. Choose Amiga.English or Amiga.Norwegian when downloading.

Crocheted flower pentagons are joined together and then stitches are picked up for the knitted ribbing. I made the original version of this pattern for a friend and I finished it on holiday in Spain, hence the name: “amiga” means “friend” in Spanish. And the cowl warms you like a friend’s hug on a cold day.
